Anthony co-founded Four Squares in 2019 and serves as COO. He is a local entrepreneur, real estate investor, and Leadership Development Consultant.

Prior to founding Four Squares, Anthony was an Operations Executive and Organizational Change Agent with three different Fortune 500 companies where he lead facilities with up to 800 employees. During this time, he was responsible for plant turnarounds and implementing sustainable lean transformation programs within 12 facilities spanning 3 countries (UK, USA, Canada). Anthony’s Operation skills include leadership development & team building, customer service excellence, continuous improvement, and budget management. He has a proven track record of leveraging organizational development, project management and change management strategies to inspire, engage and teach employees to utilize lean and six sigma principles to identify and eliminate non value added activities in pursuit of operational excellence. Anthony served as a true business partner to senior leadership including VP of HR, VP of Finance, VP of Sales, VP of Engineering, BOD and CEO. He is an experienced leader in consultation and execution of cost productivity initiatives, such as organizational restructuring, delayering, consolidations and mergers/acquisitions.

Anthony serves on the board for York Symphony Orchestra, York College Urban Collaborative, Leadership York, and LogosWorks. He’s also a member of the project committee for the York Affordable Housing advocates.
