Community is our purpose, and our engagement takes many forms: sharing our expertise and knowledge, mentoring, volunteering our time, and providing opportunities to our historically disadvantaged neighbors.
Our relationship with York College of Pennsylvania is built upon a strong foundation of trust and shared values. We work with students and professors of the Graham School of Business and Kinsley School of Engineering to create real world experiences for students and come up with creative housing solutions for York City residents.
We approach every new development by prioritizing the perspectives and needs of York City’s residents. We collaborate with York’s most progressive thought leaders who share in our mission and values, including the visionary architects at Warehaus.
