Our Approach
It is our mission to improve the socioeconomic and living conditions of York City’s historically disadvantaged residents utilizing a wholistic neighborhood revitalization approach by engaging local businesses, non-profit agencies, and government entities. We approach our work with hospitality, aiming to provide an environment that creates positive experiences for everyone we work with and serve.
Methodology
Revitalizing urban blight and creating a more sustainable future is a multifaceted process. We utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Mapping to visualize York’s current patter of urban blight, land use, and socioeconomic conditions. We analyze York City’s current needs and provide design plans for a sustainable neighborhood to fulfill those needs.
