Fredrick Walker
Co-Founder & CEO
Fred co-founded Four Squares in 2019 and serves as CEO. He brings over 15 years of experience in real estate development, property management, and construction. Since moving to York in 2006, Fred’s focus has been providing affordable housing for residents in the cities of York and Harrisburg.
Fred is an honored disabled US Army Veteran. He served 10 years on active duty and he supported the Iraq war. His military awards include two Army Commendation Medals and two Army Achievement Medals. Prior to serving in the Army, Fred graduated from Touro University and earned a B.A. in Business Administration.
Fred currently is a board member for several organizations, including One Day at a Time Philadelphia, Better York, Spanish American Multicultural Resource Center, York Community Resource Center. As a community activist, he is a member of the Community Street Soldiers, an organization focused on reducing violence within the city of York.
Outside of work, he is a loving husband to Dr. Janique Walker and father of four beautiful children: daughters, Bryanna and Amaiya Walker, his sons Fredrick Allen Walker Jr., and Jadon Ethan Walker.
