Before his entrepreneurial venture, Justin served as a Project Manager/Estimator at a property services company in Windsor, PA. In this role, he effectively managed concrete and construction projects, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction through meticulous planning and resource allocation.

Justin also held a senior maintenance position where he managed work orders, led maintenance initiatives, and coordinated renovations, resulting in increased tenant satisfaction and property value.
